About my CADODTS affliation:  This stands for Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Other Dementias Treatment Specialist.  As a family/relationship therapist, I DO NOT prescribe medication, or perform medical exams, as these are roles for your family doctor or psychiatrist.  When you and/or your loved ones come in to consult with me, however, I will ask that you bring along a list of your medications, and contact information (names, addresses, phone numbers) of the doctors and other specialists involved in your care.  I would then obtain your signed consent to consult with these professionals for continuity of care.
